Condition at the First Blue Area Parking Plaza
The first parking plaza in Islamabad started construction in March 2022, and the grey building is now finished. The facility has not been commissioned despite the due date stipulating its completion in March 2023. There are still some works in progress, such as painting, flooring, and other decorative works, but CDA officials assure that lifts have already been fitted. The plaza is projected to be operational in the next month.

Following the increasing demand for additional parking solutions, the CDA board has sanctioned the construction of another parking plaza adjacent to Centaurus Mall.
